I've just placed my order, when will it ship?
Orders with payments made before 1pm PST / 4pm EST are shipped out on the same day.
Orders with payments made after 1pm PST / 4pm EST are shipped out the following day.
Packages are shipped out on business days only.
We will send a tracking number to your email as we hand the package over to Canada Post.

Typical delivery times are:
BC: Next business day.
AB, MB, SK: 1-2 business days.
ON, QC: 2-3 business days.
Maritimes, Territories, and small rural communities: 3 business days.
How are the products packaged?
Buds are placed inside of industrial zip-lock bags, air sealed twice, and then protected by black opaque bubble wrapping. The packaging is discreet, with no odor, or any visual cues that indicate the interior contents. There are at least 4 layers of plastic involved, depending on the product.
